Profile

I’m Neala Burnett, the owner/operator of Tax Time LLC. I started doing tax work in 1992 after a 15 career in restaurant management. I hold the most elite of the credentials Internal Revenue Service issues, the Enrolled Agent credential, which means that I’m enrolled to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. To have unrestricted practice rights to represent taxpayers before IRS, an individual must be an attorney, a CPA, or an Enrolled Agent. Enrolled Agents are required to complete 72 hours of continuing education every 3 years and agree to the ethical standards as outlined in Circular 230.

I’m diligent about keeping up with the ever changing tax laws and normally complete around 100 hours of continuing education every year. I enjoy developing trust and relationships with my clients and find it very satisfying to educate taxpayers about their individual tax situation. Taxes can be stressful, to see a person relax and become comfortable with the process makes my day.
